When a patient asks for the doctor, you call the doctor from here: write the patient's complaint and set the urgency. The doctor sees it instantly and taps Acknowledge. Close the request when the doctor reaches the patient, the waiting time is recorded.

Activate a bed when a patient is admitted: a 4-digit code is generated, give it to the patient. Discharge revokes the code and closes open calls.
